Monitoring
The Project Team, with the support from the Steering Committee, will ensure that allocated resources are spent to produce the expected outputs. The frequency of project appraisal meetings will be increased during the first six months of project implementation to ensure a good start and to overcome the problems inherent in this phase of the project cycle.
